Reputable mid-tier firm looking for an enthusiastic junior to join their mailroom. Competitive salary and benefits with varied tasks.  

  • Temp to Permanent role – Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm 

  • Up to $60,000 

  • Multiple roles available 

This mid-tier law firm is looking for multiple mailroom clerks on a temporary basis, with the potential to move into permanent roles. Reporting to the National Administration Manager, successful candidates will be working as part of a team in the Sydney office. These are varied roles and will involve liaising with various stakeholders, both internally and externally. The role will involve manual labour and as well as some administrative tasks.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Receiving, sorting and redirecting mail 

  • Archiving, filing and maintaining records 

  • Assisting with office relocation 

  • Assisting with catering and events 

  • Reception cover 

  • Delivering documents to court 

  • Some general maintenance 

  • Data entry 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude 

  • Prior administrative experience or experience as a mailroom clerk 

  • Experience in a corporate environment 

  • Be well presented  

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
