About our client
My client is a leading specialist law firm with a large geographic footprint. This firm are true market leaders in their space. They have an excellent culture with regular social events and a range of sporting teams.
The role
Due to growth, the firm are seeking an Operations Manager to organize, manage and direct key functions within the business, including IT, Innovation and Business Services.
The successful candidate will ensure that the business is operating in the most cost and time effective manner, while aligning with quality requirements. You will be driving initiatives to improve performance and productivity, along with developing strategies to grow the business.
About you
To be considered for this opportunity you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as in a similar role. You will ideally come from a Professional Services background, with previous experience in managing projects. The nature of this role is extremely fast paced and will require a candidate that can work autonomously.
