Job description

Our client is a national law firm that has experienced unrivalled growth in recent history, with ambitions to continue for the foreseeable future. This firm are a full-service law firm with senior practitioners that are domestically and internationally recognised as leading lawyers. The role will be assisting two Partner and team across General Insurance matters. They are happy to give full training in the practice area and are looking for someone with the right attitude who is passionate about the legal industry.   
Duties will include:   

  • Diary management    
  • Drafting and amending documentation and briefs  
  • End of month billing, timesheet entry and preparing invoices   
  • Liaising with clients    
  • General admin duties  

To be successful for this role you will have:   

  • A minimum 12 months’ experience in a legal support role  
  • Good people management skills  
  • Experience using a billing and document management system   
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail   
  • Professional and friendly attitude
