The firm
Our client is a leading national firm with a rich history and respected Partners across it’s diverse departments. The firm hold over 400 staff, and are building a truly east coast brand, offering a national and international platform that is ambitious, exciting and distinguishes them from its competitors.
About the role
The role will be working three days per week and there will be an ability to be flexible around the exact days.
Reporting through to a Partner, the role will provide a mix of both litigious and advisory work for a range of energy, resources and construction clients, as well as property development, regulatory enforcement and education. You can expect to assist on project approvals, advise on the preparation of project applications, prepare planning and development appeals, valuation appeals and providing general advice to clients. In this role you will be expected to have an ambition to build your own practice and will be given a platform and support to do so.
Ideally you will possess:
- At least 5 years PQE;
- Available for seeking only three days’ work, per week;
- A high level of client care;
- Exposure to property law and be keen to maintain your skills in this area.
