About the company 

 

Working with a leading Aged care provider in Melbourne’s suburb of Heidleberg, this is a part time, temporary position with potential for permanent with a well known, reputable brand.Reporting to the admin manager. 
   
Responsibilities:  
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:  

  • First point of contact over the phone and email 

  • Checking visitors in to site  

  • Data entry  

  • Assist rostering team when required  

  • Organising meetings rooms 

  • Coordinating training 

  • Coordinate tours  

  • Maintain office supplies  

  • Other adhoc admin duties  

 
Key Selection Criteria:  

  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal, high level stakeholder engagement  

  • Experience in managing high value commercial relationships  

  • High level analytical and evaluation skills  

  • Tech Savvy 

  • Strong problem solving, negotiation and solution focused mindset  

  • Previous receptionist experience, ideally medical reception  

  • Must have or be willing to obtain Police check + NDIS
