About the role 

An opportunity has arisen for a professional and mature corporate receptionist to join this global law firm. You will work closely with another receptionist and the client services team and will be the face of the company.
 
Not only do the firm give extensive training and offer a support forum to upskill you, but they also have a range of corporate benefits on offer including in-house massages and corporate discounts. They have many social functions including Friday drinks and team nights out, and pride themselves on a professional, yet relaxed and fun culture.   
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Meeting and greeting clients 
  • Answering all incoming calls 
  • Managing calendars in Outlook 
  • Maintaining tidiness of reception area 
  • Liaising with lawyers and other support staff 
  • Sorting and distributing mail 

 
Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Corporate Receptionist 
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Team player 
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook 
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail 
  • A positive can-do attitude
