About the role 

Corporate law firm looking for a corporate receptionist to join their team in this maternity leave contract. This firm pride themselves on having a professional yet fun and relaxed culture and are looking for a career receptionist to fit into their team. You will work alongside a senior receptionist and share the reception function.


  • Meeting and greeting clients 
  • Answering all incoming calls 
  • Setting up boardroom and meeting rooms 
  • Managing calendars in Outlook 
  • Maintaining tidiness of reception area 
  • Liaising with lawyers and other support staff 
  • Sorting and distributing mail 


  • Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Corporate Receptionist 
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Team player 
  • Be well presented
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook
