Job description

The role of the FP&A team is to support the 5-year strategic plan ensuring all short-term forecasting models are aligned. The evaluation and setting of effective KPIs is key as is the implementation of processes and controls.
 
This opportunity will be highly critical to the success of the planning and budgeting cycles. You will implement frameworks in order that business objectives are measured appropriately as well as conduct analysis around actual results.

Responsibilities within this role will include:

• Pre-season analysis of KPIs - assessing sales, margin, stock and returns form top line and detailed product view

• Developing forecasts around cash-flows and profitability as well as conducting analytics
• Ensuring all planning and reporting deadlines are met

 
Key requirements within the role include:

• At least 5 years’ experience gained within a large multi-national business
• Must hold a local tertiary qualification in finance; CA, CPA (would consider MBA)
• Experience of working within financial planning & analysis teams before; or in a budgeting and forecasting role within finance/commercial management team
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, you should be able to operate Excel to a high standard
