Our client is a leading boutique firm who have earned an excellent reputation for achieving great results in high profile matters, often in the media limelight. Known for their Litigation work, this firm operates across Corporate/Commercial litigation as well as large scale class action matters and pride themselves on their ability to offer assistance in other areas of law to their clients.

About the role
 
This role is a great opportunity if you are a passionate litigator and are open to joining a firm to work on complex commercial disputes including, but not exclusive to, class actions, shareholder disputes and public law. In this role you will have full carriage of matters from initial briefing all the way through to the outcome at trial and appeals or post-settlement.

In this role you will work in a close-knit team that offers a good mix of ambition and determination as well as experience and strategy to these often-large complex matters.

Within the team you will often be required to travel, and appear, interstate as the matters are often large scale and involve multiple parties.
 
Ideally you will possess:

• At least 5 years PQE in Commercial Litigation
• A passion for achieving the best possible outcomes
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Confident in court procedure, appearing and briefing counsel
• A high level of client care
• An ability, and willingness to mentor more junior members of the team
