Job description
You will be required to:
- Responsible for the coordination, planning and support of operational & administrative functions
- Email & File management
- Preparation of accounting documents and general correspondence
- Diary management
- Management of client files
- Extensive client liaison and government bodies (ASIC, ATO, OSR)
- Manage Electronic Lodgements with the ATO and other government organisations
- Ensures Electronic and Manual filing of documents in a timely manner.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean at all times.
- Ensure kitchen & dishwasher are clean at all times
About you:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Secretarial
- Experience in MYOB or experience in any other PM software is desirable
- IT / Tech savvy
- High attention to detail and standard of work
- Polished presentation and impeccable client service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
