Job description

You will be required to:

  • Responsible for the coordination, planning and support of operational & administrative functions
  • Email & File management
  • Preparation of accounting documents and general correspondence
  • Diary management 
  • Management of client files
  • Extensive client liaison and government bodies (ASIC, ATO, OSR)
  • Manage Electronic Lodgements with the ATO and other government organisations
  • Ensures Electronic and Manual filing of documents in a timely manner.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean at all times.
  • Ensure kitchen & dishwasher are clean at all times

About you:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Secretarial
  • Experience in MYOB or experience in any other PM software is desirable
  • IT / Tech savvy
  • High attention to detail and standard of work
  • Polished presentation and impeccable client service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
