State Manager - Queensland

About the Role
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
- Strategic direction of the Queensland business, developing and implementing initiatives and projects to achieve targets
- Develop business plan for QLD which is aligned with the national strategic direction
- Lead state based sales leaders, admin support and subject matter experts, ensuring accountability is enforced
- Provide coaching to direct reports and support functions
- Ensure appropriate performance targets are in place for mobile and retail sales teams
Skills & Experience
In order to be considered for this role, you will have:
- Financial services experience (loans preferred but not essential)
- Experience working within a franchise model, either within or outside of financial services
- Prior experience in leading commission based sales people
- Budget management skills
