The Opportunity

A fast growing and highly modern accounting firm based in Caringbah with a team of 25, this firm offers traditional accounting, taxation and compliance services in addition to advisory and outsourced CFO offerings. The firm pride themselves on being recognised for their dynamic team and a range of services they offer which break the mould of being a traditional accounting firm.

You will be a key contributor to their fast growing business and will help to build their future as well as your own career. Reporting directly to the Partners, you will have responsibility for managing assignments, assisting in the development of more junior members of the team and building lasting client relationships.

About the Role  

• Own a portfolio of clients in excess of $500k in value
• Assisting with client advisory under the guidance of Partner 
• Train/ mentor and review the work of 3 junior staff members
• Manage workflow, budgets and deadline management across the year 

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• CA/CPA Qualified
• 5 +  years’ experience within Business Services
• Experience with managing a team of juniors    
• Experienced user of Xero is desired
