Reporting to award winning Partner, this is a busy, high-volume role which will see you registering both national and international trade marks. Operating a full-service trade marks practice, with over 4,000 trade marks under management, this is an exciting time to join the team.
The team advises organisations of various sizes, from start-ups, established (ASX listed) businesses and government and research institutions, across a range of industries.
This role will see you responsible for but not limited to; conducting trade mark searches, drafting search reports, prosecuting trade mark applications, conducting due diligence, design searches and registration, and providing general trade mark advice.
About you
To be considered for this opportunity, you are a registered Trade Mark Attorney who possesses a minimum of 2+ years’ experience within an attorney firm, commercial law firm or specialist practice. Alternatively, you may be a lawyer with extensive experience in trade marks.
You will be commercially minded team player, who values working in a positive team environment.
