Here at Charterhouse, we’re working alongside a forward-thinking boutique practice that look to expand their Sydney CBD office with the hire of an experienced Private Client Lawyer. The department work with a high net worth client base and are frequently recognised by national law directories, for providing an exceptional and consistent quality of work and advice.

About the role
 
  • Provide high-quality, legal service to clients on all aspects of private client law in line with the firm's standards of performance;
  • Offer expertise and advice in relation to contested estates, estate litigation, probate and estate administration;
  • Moreover, you'll be expected to offer exemplary client care establishing trust and confidence and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.

About you
  • 3+ years PQE experience in Wills, Trusts & Estates matters
  • Self-motivated, highly organised with considerable technical expertise
  • An established & reputable practitioner, with existing client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to produce work that is consistently accurate and drafts that are thought through and completed as far as possible.
  • IT literate with intermediate Microsoft Office skills
