Our client is a VC funded and backed SaaS tech start-up specialising in business solutions software. Due to overwhelming success and planned expansion, they are looking to expand their sales team with Account Executives & Business Development Representatives. This is an end to end 360 sales role, will report directly to the founder and work very closely with the marketing team to generate leads.Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, marketing campaigns, and identifying potential buyers in market (BD tools provided)
- Book meetings, run discovery calls, deliver software demos with product team
- Match product features, benefits and close deals
- Follow up on leads, objection handle and close out leads (cold, warm, hot)
- Identify opportunities to up and cross-sell features
- Maintain healthy sales pipeline of current and future business
- Inbound & outbound sales depending on pipeline status
- Inbound; respond to incoming interest from prospects via phone and emails
- Proven commercial outbound sales or business development experience
- SME or SMB sector experience (highly desirable, not essential)
- Experience across the full sales process from prospecting to close of sale
- Experience with business development tools (Apollo, Lusha, Mailchimp, etc)
- Experience working with marketing to generate leads, organise or attend industry events
- Software or SAAS sales experience (highly desirable)
- Proactive sales mentality, you aren't afraid of BD/outbound sales
- Methodical BD/sales approach
