About the Role

We are currently seeking to appoint an Assistant Project Officer to support the successful implementation of a CRM system within the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on plans, milestones and deliverables, to ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans and budgets.
  • Update and collate documentation regarding relevant issues, policies and practices to ensure the delivery of projects complies with agreed project management methodology.
  • Undertake research and analysis in assigned project areas and present this analysis to relevant stakeholders.
  • Draft project briefs and documentation to support informed decision making and planning.
  • Assist the project team to complete tasks and implement project plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues.
  • Provide a range of secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating committee meetings, preparing papers, records management, routine financial transactions, and maintain information resources, to support project management delivery
About you
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to undertake research and analysis, and present data
  • Previous experience in supporting CRM implementation projects
  • NSW Government experience (desirable)
  • Collaborative and team focused
  • Understanding of change management concepts (desirable)
