The Role

A fantastic opportunity awaits an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support and lead the team at the brand’s Miranda store. You’ll take ownership of daily operations, motivate and guide your team, and ensure every client interaction reflects the brand’s elevated standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on retail leader who values service excellence, teamwork, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and exceed sales and KPI goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, including rostering, team training, and performance management.
  • Ensure all visual merchandising, presentation, and brand standards are executed to perfection.
  • Drive omni-channel initiatives and appointment-based services to enhance the customer journey.
  • Manage store administration, stock control, and cash handling in line with company processes.
  • Analyse performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Cultivate a motivated, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
