The Role
An exciting opportunity for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to lead the team at the brand’s store in Miranda. You’ll play an integral role in leading day-to-day operations, inspiring your team, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about retail excellence, customer engagement, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Oversee daily operations, team development, and strategic execution.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and uphold store presentation to premium brand standards.
- Champion omni-channel excellence and fit appointments, to enhance the client journey.
- Manage store administration, cash handling, stock control, and compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor store performance, analyse traffic and sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to a positive and high-energy culture built on accountability, teamwork, and growth.
- Previous leadership experience in premium fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Proven ability to drive sales, KPIs, and operational excellence.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and organisation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach a team.
- Confidence and professionalism to represent a flagship environment.
