What you’ll do
- Support senior recruiters across Government, University and NFP portfolios
- Source exceptional candidates across corporate services, research, innovation, policy, finance and operations
- Build talent pipelines and manage candidate engagement end-to-end
- Prepare briefs, shortlist packs and market mapping
- Learn best-practice recruitment, relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Foster client relationships across Government, University and NFP.
- Curiosity, resilience and genuine interest in public value organisations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Drive to learn recruitment craft properly, no shortcuts
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership, hard worker
- Structured training and mentoring from senior leaders
