Seeking a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client's ServiceNow business unit. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with potential clients. You will be a key player in the sales team, working to achieve and exceed revenue targets while fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at potential client organizations.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM software.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ServiceNow, including key partners, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly driven and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
