As a Business Improvement Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our organizational processes and services. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, providing an opportunity to contribute meaningfully while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.

You will be joining the organisational development team and reporting into the Head of Organisational Development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with managers to map out processes and services across various departments, including libraries, recreation centers, animal collection, rates, roads, and drainage.

Identify opportunities for improvement to streamline services, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Experience in workflow or process mapping.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Background in service excellence, business improvement, or business analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Business Excellence Framework or lean thinking is advantageous.
  • Local Government experience is preferred but not required.
