Business Process Analyst – SAP (SD/MM) - Australian SME | Sydney CBD Based | Hybrid Working | $120k + SuperJoin a well-established Australian SME in the Sydney CBD as a Business Process Analyst – SAP (SD/MM), working in a hybrid model and earning $120k + Super. This is a fantastic opportunity to help drive a major SAP S/4HANA transformation focused on optimising Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) processes.
About the Role You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, the project team, and the System Integrator to ensure SD and MM business processes are aligned with SAP S/4HANA capabilities. While you'll also support customer, vendor, and material master data, your main focus will be on process improvement, system integration, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and define business requirements across SD and MM functions
- Facilitate workshops and align processes with SAP best practices
- Act as the subject matter expert for SD/MM business processes
- Support UAT and training to ensure smooth user adoption
- Collaborate on system design and data governance
- Assist in data migration and process documentation
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly SD and MM
- Experience translating business needs into SAP process designs
- Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate workshops
- Understanding of SAP master data and governance
- Experience in ERP or SAP implementation projects
