- Pays up to $850 p/d + Super (8hr a day)
NSW Government Agency is looking for a Change Lead with experience in Enterprise Change Transformation and Operating Model to join their team!
You will be responsible for driving a HR-based program through applying a structured methodology of change; development and design of the strategic approach to successfully adopt and embed changes (system, process, people and culture) across a portfolio of programs.
About the role:
- Design and execute strategic change initiatives to drive business readiness and sustained adoption of program objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on change management framework application, ensuring governance and consistency.
- Develop comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies to secure alignment and support.
- Conduct change impact analyses, leading discussions, and developing solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Prepare and review change plans across key domains, including communications and training.
- Coordinate program-related communications and initiatives to support project implementation.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation options across the program.
Essentials:
- Degree qualifications and/or proven experience in Enterprise Change Transformation and Operating Models.
- Demonstrated experience in the leading, managing, coordinating and supporting organisational change delivery in a large complex organisation.
- Experience in developing and implementing change management plans to support successful project deployment.
