Job description

  • 6 month contract, part time - 3 days per week
  • $1200 - $1300 per day
  • Working with project team, roll out Complexica
This global brand are seeking an experienced Change Lead who has experience working in the commercial sector. You will join an established team on a part time basis to lead change activities for the implementation of Complexica, the new Trade Promotion Optimisation (TPO) tool within the business. This tool is widely used across FMCG for pricing, predictive modelling, trade spend optimisation and revenue management. 

Responsibilties:

  • Lead initiative-specific, end-to-end change management for the implementation of the Complexica TPO tool

  • Partner closely with the project team to understand impacts, risks, and required behaviour change

  • Manage and support diverse stakeholder groups including Sales, Finance, Revenue Management, and Key Account Field Teams

  • Prepare and deliver communication, training, engagement, and readiness activities

  • Translate complex pricing, data, and technology language into clear, practical messaging for end users

  • Support alignment across teams following initial CIA playbacks, where gaps in understanding of the future state have been identified

  • Work collaboratively to define what the future operating environment should look like.

 

You will bring: 

  • Experience in FMCG, pricing, revenue management, or TPO environments - highly advantageous

  • Strong capability in interpreting and communicating data-driven insights and complex technical concepts

  • Demonstrated success delivering change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to influence and guide busy teams

  • Experience navigating cross-functional environments where alignment is evolving or emerging

  • A proactive, structured, and collaborative working style
