Commercial Accountant/Analyst- Construction Industry

This Australian Construction business that specialize in residential, industrial and infrastructure projects across NSW and looking to expand their high caliber finance team. This business has a long history of success offers an excellent working culture, with career progression and development. Located in Norwest, this business is located near the metro and has onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) with variance analysis to identify budget deviations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting, adjusting for changing business conditions.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis, track expenses, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Assist in strategic planning, including projections, investments, and efficiency improvements.
- Improve financial systems, ensuring compliance with controls and regulations.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making across departments.
Skills and Experience:
CA/CPA qualified or working towards
Clear and confident communicator
Financial analysis and reporting experience
A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
Strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve
