Job description

An opportunity for an experienced Communications manager has arisen to join a leading Telco business.  This organisation has been going through a large transformation and are looking to increase their communications profile across the business. 
This role requires an energetic and enthusiastic Communications manager to support, build and maintain employee engagement through effective employee communication.  They will be providing support for the business units, platform leads and projects managers within SEO End User & Infrastructure

You will play a pivotal role working with key stakeholder within the business and Incorporate organisational change management practices into communications plans to ensure project outcomes are successful, tailoring the messages with the end-user in mind
 
Responsibilities:

  • Support SEO End User & Infrastructure GM with Workplace and email communications
  • Prepare communications plans and deliver content for EU&I and my IT projects
  • Support the Cloud project. Source and publish Cloud news and case studies, including the monthly Cloud Coverage newsletter
  • Attend EU&I project meetings to source good news stories and updates
  • Review/edit content for IT service bulletins
  • Provide content support for IT policies and refresh the IT equipment policy every year
  • Maintain up-to-date induction content for SEO on Wasabi
  • Prepare SEO-relevant content for SEO Workplace and SEO Cascade
  • SharePoint (HUBdocs) co-administrator for SEO Operations
  • Workplace administrator for specific EU&I groups, support  teams to post effective communications
  • Review and edit training materials for EU&I projects when shared across, such as quick reference guides and user guides
  • Assist with the set-up and running of internal/special events at Pitt Street office

Requirements:

  • Have proven Communication Management background working for a similar environment
  • Strong working knowledge of event management
  • Senior level – GM / C- Suite Stakeholder engagement
  • Experience within Telecommunication (Highly desirable).
