Seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Contract Administrator to join a renowned communities team within a reputable organisation.

Role Overview:

As a Contracts Administrator reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will play a key role in contract administration, invoice processing, financial controls, and collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers. Working closely with Development Project Managers, you'll contribute to payment facilitation, budget management, and alignment of contract scope with approved budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer payment processing and budget management for contracts
  • Maintain General Ledger for accurate cost allocation
  • Collaborate with Development Project Managers for payment facilitation
  • Raise requisitions and purchase orders using Oracle
  • Receipt goods and services in Oracle
  • Assist in preparing transaction reports
  • Support with administrative processing of contractor and consultant variations
  • Prepare, submit, and process progress claims

Requirements:

  • Proactive attitude with strong commercial acumen
