1 x Corporate Receptionist- Location – Sydney CBD
- ASAP start – Permanent Opportunity
- Salary dependent on experience – up to $75k
As the Corporate Receptionist you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression of their company and involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Assist with event preparation and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Maintainance requested as needed
- Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.
- Support other teams where required
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role in a corporate setting.
- Experience within hospitality will be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Highly professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
