  • 38 hours P/W – 7.6 hours P/D
NSW Government Agency is looking for a Customer Service and Admin Officer on a contract basis to provide administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the team/unit. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our business and will assist with taking calls and logging enquiries for action to the applicable staff members.

Key accountabilities:
  • Support team projects, mentor colleagues and ensure accurate information sharing to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide high-quality advice, guidance and issue resolution while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.
  • Handle cash receipting, debt management, tax invoicing and financial reconciliations in compliance with agency standards.
  • Assist with board support, records management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and procedural improvements to facilitate team effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and foster continuous improvement efforts.
