We are excited to have partnered with a Global trading & investment firm on the lookout for exceptional customer service team to join the team in Chatswood. Working hours will vary from 7:30am-8pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work. Total working hours per week will be 40 hours. My client is a global leader in the financial services sector and offers their staff outstanding career progression opportunities. You will be working in a fast paced environment responding to customer and client enquiries. 

About the role:

This role offers a robust training program onsite at Chatswood coupled with ongoing support to ensure your continued success.

Communication and organisation are key to the success of the role, as you will be maintaining online systems and databases whilst serving as the central point of contact for client enquiries

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product information queries
  • Provide pricing and catalogue information
  • Take customer orders via telephone and email
  • Take ownership of customer enquiries and follow up
  • Manage and resolve escalated or complicated customer enquiries
  • Accurately enter customer information into internal databases
  • Act as a representative for the business, ensuring empathy and confidentiality when speaking with customers
  • Rotating roster
