Seeking an experienced team leader to lead a customer service team within an automotive sustainability division to ensure a high level of customer experience experience essential.

About the Company 

The role, reporting into the Customer Service Manager will contribute to the development and implementation of the customer strategy, lead continuous improvement and support governance and compliance. About the role 

  • Supervising a team of 8, reporting to the customer service manager  
  • Leading and coaching to build a high performing culture 
  • Key stakeholder management 
  • Ensuring team KPI’s are met through management 
  • Mange key supplier relationships 
  • Identifying efficiency improvements 
  • Act as an escalation point 
  • Assisting with the overall strategy of operations and ad hoc projects 
Skills & Experience 

  • Leading teams – minimum 2 years 
  • Customer focused both internally and externally. 
  • Automotive industry experience 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
