Responsibilities
- Data Modelling and Dictionary:
- Design and maintain data models within Salesforce.
- Create and manage a comprehensive data dictionary.
- Document data fields, relationships, and business rules.
- Data Extensions and Segmentation:
- Build and manage data extensions in Marketing Cloud.
- Develop targeted audience segments for email marketing campaigns.
- Optimise segmentation strategies based on user preferences and behaviour.
- Data Quality Enhancement:
- Recommend best practices for improvements to the quality of data stored in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Recommend improvements to data inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies.
- Recommend best practices for data hygiene and maintenance.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business centric language.
