Multiple Data Centre roles - Operator and Team Leader

About the Role
- Monitor and control the execution of the services managed by Data Centre Operations
- Reporting problems and issues as they arise while performing first-level support
- Ensuring that problems referred to support groups are ultimately resolved.
- The role requires a person to work a 24 x 7 rotating shift roster, including the monitoring of 2 data centres.
Skills & Experience
- A solid understanding and working knowledge of computing environments and Windows operating systems
- Experience within an information technology related position.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Time management
- Written and oral communication skills
- Great Customer Service skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- Greater than 12 months experience in a data centre environment (Desirable)
