Data Migration Consultant- Global Leader in their field and certified great place to work

About the Role
In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end data migration from two legacy systems to new enterprise platforms. You'll be responsible for extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading of data, ensuring it meets business requirements and maintains integrity throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full data migration lifecycle, aligned to project timelines.
- Coordinate with IT and business SMEs to extract and prepare legacy data.
- Cleanse and transform data to meet quality and technical requirements.
- Support data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Work with the System Integrator on uploads, validations, and corrections.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
- Report on progress, risks, and issue resolution.
- Experience in ERP data migration projects, ideally SAP S/4HANA and/or Blue Yonder.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data cleansing, and transformation techniques.
- Proficiency with SAP migration tools (SAP Data Services, Migration Cockpit, LSMWs).
- Advanced Excel skills (including macros) and SQL query experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
Location & Working Model
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office
