Digital Marketing Lead
Charterhouse are working with an international organisation looking to transform the healthcare experience for customers across the globe. The client are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Lead to set the overall strategy for the company's digital marketing efforts across Asia and Latin America. This a newly established role responsible for partnering marketing teams around APAC and Latin America in order to transform the digital approach across web, lead generation as well as SEM and SEO efforts.

About the role:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and regional marketing leadership team to spearhead the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy and framework, overseeing its articulation, project management, and execution.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with all members of the marketing team, promoting a high-performing team mindset within the group and striving to unleash the potential of oneself and others.
- Work closely with local country/CMG marketing and legal teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business models, maturity, and primary objectives. Utilize this knowledge to create digital strategies that effectively achieve targets and address strategic imperatives.
- Take ownership of the website strategy for all ALA markets, collaborating to ensure consistency, implement user experience (UX) best practices, and develop an experimentation roadmap.
- Identify commonalities across markets to establish a meaningful and impactful digital marketing strategy that addresses collective needs and challenges. This strategy should drive business growth and accelerate the success of digital initiatives.
- Assume responsibility for the digital marketing roadmap and project plan, encompassing all initiatives across the marketing mix in the region. This includes managing budgets, agencies, as well as key programs and campaigns.
- Foster an environment of sharing best practices in digital marketing initiatives across the region, encouraging an experimental learning culture where results are tracked, documented, and continuously improved.
- Possess a wealth of digital marketing expertise, preferably at a director/leadership level.
- Strong business acumen and a comprehensive grasp of the growth potential offered by digital transformation.
- Showcase proficiency in change management, enabling smooth transitions and effective adaptation to new strategies.
- Capable of implementing best practices in web and mobile analytics, ensuring accurate data measurement and analysis.
- Skilled at identifying opportunities and implementing efficient solutions to drive the success of our digital initiatives.
- Ability to work with numerous stakeholders while remaining commercially agile and responsive to the organization's revenue goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
