Contract until September 2023 | Working across social media, campaigns and website updates

  • Collaborating with University wide department and international businesses
  • Developing content for website and social media channels 
  • Coordinating across digital platforms with team of three

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing & Communications, this role is a key contributor in expanding the reach across international digital channels including website, social media and marketing campaigns. As Digital Marketing Officer, you will write, edit and publish content across various channels to build brand awareness. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of the digital marketing strategy 
  • Support implementation of digital campaigns and projects 
  • Monitor KPI's & campaign analysis including tracking and reporting
  • Create and manage content across social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & YouTube
  • Update social media content calendar to ensure alignment with strategy
  • Monitor and update the website content
  • Assist with development and implementation of SEO & SEM strategy
  • Develop marketing collateral and liaise with agency

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • A degree in marketing, communications or related discipline
  • Experience with video editing, project management and other digital communications experience
  • Hands on experience managing social media accounts and increasing engagement
  • Website management skills and experience with CMS platforms, SEO and SEM strategy
  • Demonstrated experience writing, editing web content and email marketing campaigns
  • Ability to report and provide insights from online data & analytics
