Environment, Health and Safety Coordinator
- $700 – 750 p/d + super
- 2-3 month contract
- Adelaide

Great opportunity to work with a large tier 1 construction company based in Adelaide CBD. This role is an immediate start and a 2-3 month contract.
About the role
- Facilitate the development, implementation and review of workplace specific EHS Management Plans.
- Facilitate the implementation of EHS Risk Management procedures to assist with identifying controls to meet Lendlease's EHS Management System, GMRs, and legal obligations.
- Provide advice to the workplace on the interpretation and implementation of the EHS Management system, GMRs and EHS Legal requirements.
- Participate in Safety in Design Reviews and assist with identifying control measures.
- Monitor the implementation of EHS controls in the workplace through Lendlease’s EHS monitoring and inspection processes.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of compliance registers and EHS records.
- Support the preparation of corrective actions plans to address non-conformances identified from internal assurance and external audit activities.
- Provide advice to workplaces to close out corrective actions identified from auditing, assurance and investigation outcomes and monitoring their effectiveness post implementation.
- Provide advice to workplaces to implement relevant recommendations arising from EHS Alerts, Lessons Learned and other information provided by the EHS leadership team.
- Prepare and/or deliver EHS inductions or onboarding activities.
- Undertake incident investigations at the workplace and provide support during critical incident investigations.
- Identify high risk construction works occurring in the workplace and ensure reviews are conducted to ensure appropriate controls are identified and implemented
Skills & experience
- Essential Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- Desirable: Diploma in Environmental Management and Sustainability
- Construction experience
- Ability to work on site
