Executive Assistant- ASAP start – permanent opportunity
- Up to 130k package
- Gorgeous state of the art offices in the heart of Sydney CBD
Our client, an ASX-listed Financial Services Business are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Sydney Office. They have an international network of experienced industry specialists working across wealth management, self-managed super fund accounting, corporate advisory, institutional sales and trading, research, and funds management.
As the Executive Assistant you will be supporting the CEO. be an integral part of the team. In this role you will be supporting the CEO and other senior leaders on an ad hoc basis. We are looking for an individual that is highly experienced and ideally with a background in Banking or Financial Services.
The successful candidate will have C Suite experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Role responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring important matters are addressed promptly
- Efficiently manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel
- Process invoices and expense claims.
- Monitor and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Work cooperatively with other Executive Assistants across the group
- Minimum 5 years previously as a C Suite EA working within Banking or other Financial Services industry
- Friendly and professional candidate with corporate presentation
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management.
- Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with a variety of stakeholders
- High level of relationship building and influencing skills
- Strategically minded, pre-empting and / or resolving issues
- High level of service delivery and client care
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy skills
- Personable, easily interacts with all types of personalities and at all levels with a high degree of professionalism
- Highly collaborative and friendly team environment
