Role summary

A 6-month contract opportunity(with permanent opportunity) for a strong funds accounting and administration candidate with experience in financial services. You will predominantly focus on overall management of the day-to-day operations across a portfolio of clients assigned to you.

About the role

  • Fund Operations and Oversight
    • Ensure seamless end-to-end operational delivery for fund pricing, performance measurement, attribution analysis and accounting
    • Review and analyze fund performance, returns and provide relevant reporting to internal and external stakeholders
    • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or operational issues arising during the processes
  • Client Service and Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate closely with client portfolio managers, external operations teams and internal partners to ensure accurate fund pricing and according to agreed SLAs
    • Develop and nurture productive relationships with investment manager clients
  • Compliance and Continuous Improvement
    • Stay current with industry regulations guidelines according to FSRA
    • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and drive process improvements

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in accounting/finance/mathematics/economics
  • At least 5 years of experience in  fund operations & unit trust pricing
  • Strong system and technical knowledge of HiPortfolio & InvestOne
  • Strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical, verbal and written communication credentials.
  • Strong Excel skills
