Role Summary

Reporting to the General Manager, this senior leadership role will oversee multi-site operations nationwide. You will lead high-performing retail teams, deliver seamless new store launches, and ensure each brand meets global compliance, visual merchandising, and customer experience standards. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership, making it perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building high-performing teams from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead national retail operations.
  • Drive sales performance, customer experience, and compliance standards across all stores.
  • Oversee the rollout of new boutiques and high-turnover formats, ensuring on-time and on-brand delivery.
  • Partner with brand principals to localise global marketing campaigns and in-store activations.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and coaching for field and store leadership teams.
  • Manage KPI performance, including sales, conversion, ATV, NPS, and stock control.
  • Collaborate with head office, finance, and project teams for store development and budgeting.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer loyalty, repeat purchases, and personalised brand experiences.
  • Maintain full P&L accountability, using data-driven insights to maximise profitability and manage expenses effectively.

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of senior multi-site retail leadership (e.g., State Manager, Head of Retail, Regional Director).
  • Experience in one or more relevant sectors: luxury, beauty, apparel, or lifestyle.
  • Proven success in launching new stores and scaling retail networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, including landlord and brand partner relations.
  • High capability in team coaching, succession planning, and operational excellence.
