Your key responsibilities include:
Driving operational HR across the entire employee lifecycle
Support in implementation of HR policies and initiatives
Strategic business partnering
Working on key initiatives to drive a high performing culture
Supporting leaders with performance management
Coach and Mentor business leaders in effective people performance
Execute performance reviews and remuneration
To be successful in this role you must:
Qualifications in HR, or Business Studies preferred
Strong HR Advisory experience
Have strong interpersonal- and organisational skills as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities
Have HR experience with influencing, coaching, relationship building
Ability to seek out HR related projects and coordinate them to completion
Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
