Job description
- 2.5 month contract - immediate start
- Based in Eastern suburbs - hyrbid work
- Pay $40 - $43 p/h+super | Part time
Responsibilities:
• Support the P&C Administrator with administration of employee lifecycle processes via PageUp & iChris
• Maintenance of digital staff files
• Creation of new position numbers and assisting with recruitment needs
• Assist with management of fleet cars in management system
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of new employees
• Assist with administration & reception duties at the main office when required
You will have:
- 3-5 years experience in HR/Recruitment working as part of a team
- Experience using a database/CRM and keeping records updated
- Excellent time management skills and experience meeting deadlines
- Seamless communication skills, the ability to work with various stakeholders at different levels
- Onsite cafe
