HR Manager
- $120-130K + Super + Bonus

About the Company
Based in North Sydney, this small-medium sized organisation offers a great company culture of hardworking professionals. As the HR lead in the business, you will provide extensive knowledge and information across all business levels.
As the HR Manager, you will have one direct report internationally, and will work closely with the Director of Risk and Compliance and wider leadership executives to identify, develop, implement, and encourage strategic business solutions across the HR Function
As the HR Manager you will be:
- Providing HR guidance and support to all levels of the business
- Responsible for leading the development of Performance Management, Onboarding and Offboarding, Recruitment, Remuneration and Benefits and Learning and Development within the business
- Partner with business leaders in the execution and delivery of HR Projects
- Coaching local leadership on effective team performance, people practices and culture change.
- Oversee Global talent management system - Elmo to ensure HR processes are monitored, tracked, and maintained accordingly
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years HR experience in a generalist role
- Be a confident self-starter, able to work autonomously with confidence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong administrator with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong customer service, facilitation, conflict management, emotional intelligence, interpersonal, influencing and project management skills
- Experienced with stakeholder engagement
- Qualifications at Degree level in Human Resources
