Instructional Designer

Job description

• $600 - 700 per day + super
• Sydney Olympic Park location / hybrid - 3 days in office
• 4 month contract

• Contribute to the development of quality training and assessment products 
• Design and develop high quality training and assessment products which are valid, compliant and fit for purpose for role requirements.
• Work with subject matter experts to produce appropriate, high-quality training and assessment resources.
• Develop/adapt training programs in a range of modes including eLearning to enable flexible delivery for members of the across the state.
• Deliver high quality, user-friendly and up to date products that comply with the Australian Qualifications Framework and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
• Develop and review educational products to ensure they are current, relevant, and compliant and meet the needs of the organisation as part of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to assessment validation and audit of training and assessment activities as required to ensure products meet RTO compliance and role requirements.
• Provide information and support to trainers and assessors so that they are able to deliver training and assessment to an appropriate standard.

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualification. 
• Diploma of Training Design and Development or equivalent, or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• A current Driver License and the willingness and ability to travel.
