Seeking an experienced Recruiter to join an Australian owned leader in the Financial Services, Lending Sector. 


As the Recruiter, you will specialise in recruiting experienced Brokers into to business through effective sourcing and attraction of the best talent working in the Australian Broking market. 

My client offers an exceptional working environment that allows for the role to be 100% remote, or you can enjoy working from the offices within Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth. 

 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Recruiter/Resourcer with experience in recruiting in the Financial Services Sector, however, this is not essential and full training will be provided for the role. 

You will be joining a high performing, supportive culture and be actively involved in transforming the business through attracting talent into the business during a phase of growth and transformation. 

 

Duties within the role will include: 

  • Act as a key member of the Broker Recruitment Team
  • End to recruitment process for new brokers joining the business.
  • Proactive sourcing and candidate attraction using the Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn and Seek
  • Completing screening, interviews, and pre-employment checks 
  • Engaging with hiring managers in understanding current / future business needs
  • Participating in our business’ strategic planning regarding employee development, engagement, and retention.
  • Coordinating employment offers & contracts 
  • Coordinate candidate onboarding 
  • Be an active member of the HR /People and Culture teams in forthcoming projects

About you: 

  • 2-3+ years' experience in Financial Services, Banking or Mortgage Broking (recruitment preferred but not required) 
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs
  • A strong desire to learn 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Exemplary stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
