The Opportunity:

Newly created position to join a Sutherland based accounting firm. They are a client-focused & progressive accounting firm in the area. Be supported by a dedicated leadership team who will provide you a thorough training schedule upon starting and an opportunity to attend external training courses.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain valuable experience and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.The Role

Duties which will include, but not be limited to:  

• Preparation of financial statements; special and general purpose, corporate tax returns, trusts and partnerships
• Exposure of a variety of tax matters including GST, CGT, FBT and Div7
• Liaising with the ATO
• Preparing and lodging BAS and IAS

Skills and experience: 

• 6 months Business Services experience in a Public Practice firm in Australia
• Interested in enrolling in CA/CPA
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Can do attitude & willingness to learn
