About the Company
We are looking for a Manager Organisation Development and a Manager Leadership Enablement for a NSW government client based in Parramatta / hybrid. They are paying $800 - 850 per day + super and are 6 month contracts.
About the Manager Organisational Development
- Lead the review and development of a clear business case for the organisation’s culture model.
- Take ownership of removing outdated models related to culture, values, and behaviours.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to understand current values and behavioural expectations, then partner with key stakeholders to create a simplified, cohesive framework that embeds these behaviours and values into everyday work practices.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to redesign performance processes using human-centred design principles, with the aim of making these processes relevant and effective for different groups across the organisation.
- Review current engagement tools and expand listening strategies to cover the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and the Manager of Leadership Enablement to bring the culture framework to life through leadership development initiatives.
- You may also contribute to developing the organisation’s EVP.
About the Manager Leadership Enablement
- Work closely with subject matter experts to review the current leadership capability framework and artefacts and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with subject matter experts and the Learning and Development Manager to understand and align on mandatory learning pathways for each leadership tier.
- Partner with the Safety team to embed psychosocial safety principles into leadership development, ensuring compliance with WHS standards and promoting mentally healthy workplaces.
- Develop in-house facilitation capability to reduce reliance on external vendors.
- Working with relevant subject matter experts to lead and redesign the talent and succession planning processes to support leadership growth.
- Extensive experience in Organisational Development within large, complex organisations (3,000+ employees), with a proven ability to deliver impactful cultural and capability initiatives.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology Technology, in or Business
- Skilled in managing external vendors, including handling procurement processes and ongoing vendor relationships to ensure quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate diverse business practices and stakeholder expectations within complex organisational structures.
