About the company
Working with a leading Aged care provider in Melbourne’s suburb of Heidleberg, this is a part time, temporary position with potential for permanent with a well known, reputable brand.Reporting to the admin manager.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:
First point of contact over the phone and email
Checking visitors in to site
Data entry
Assist rostering team when required
Organising meetings rooms
Coordinating training
Coordinate tours
Maintain office supplies
Other adhoc admin duties
Key Selection Criteria:
Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal, high level stakeholder engagement
Experience in managing high value commercial relationships
High level analytical and evaluation skills
Tech Savvy
Strong problem solving, negotiation and solution focused mindset
Previous receptionist experience, ideally medical reception
Must have or be willing to obtain Police check + NDIS
