Charterhouse Partnership is a global recruitment company with a very strong presence in the Australian marketplace across multiple of sectors. Established in 2003, Charterhouse has experienced continued growth since the company’s inception; offering our clients tailored and innovative recruitment solutions from offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It is this continued growth that is fuelling the need to hire once more.
This role is for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Professional Support team in our Melbourne office. Whilst previous recruitment experience is advantageous, due to the nature of the relationships we are looking at junior candidates who exhibit a strong, customer centric mindset and work can work in a fast-paced environment. The desk will consist of Customer Service & Administration recruitment, and there is ample opportunity for you to take that strong platform and make it your own.
Working at Charterhouse
As a business we are entrepreneurial and we are rewards driven. Success feels good and we’re constantly aspiring to grow and drive outcomes that allow this success to continue. You will ideally be a temporary /contract recruiter already; preferably having placed in the professional support domain but this is not essential to secure the opportunity. You will have a demonstrable work ethic, and above all you will be able to illustrate your team focused manner. Whilst we look for the usual sales abilities we are filtering heavily on those who we feel have ethics and who will help raise the bar in terms of perception of our industry.
If you would like to become part of our team, please contact Liz Ruddick on 03 8610 6114 or email at email@example.com
